In late 1996, we decided to open our restaurant in Miami, Florida, after a long and successful career in the hospitality industry, having worked in renowned restaurants across cities like Los Angeles, Miami, and Lima, Peru. Daniel chose to join forces with the founders of El Pollo Inka in Los Angeles, California—Mr. Salomon Jaime and his wife, Rosa Jaime. Our main goal is to offer guests a unique, fresh, and unforgettable dining experience through a joyful fusion of taste and senses.
