Daniel Céspedes

During the late 1,996’s, We decided to open our own Restaurant in Miami Florida, after a long outstanding career in the Hospitality Industry, by having worked in well known Restaurants in numerous cities like Los Angeles, Miami and Lima – Peru. Daniel decided to join fources with the original founders of El Pollo Inka in Los Angeles California, Mr Salomon Jaime and his wife Rosa Jaime. Our main goal is to provide to the people with a different fresh and incredible dining experience, in a joyful interaction of taste and senses.

To reach these high standards we use original, natural and fresh products, also the human factor is very important, that’s why our Chefs have a vast experience in Peruvian cuisine and they have perfection their art by graduating in well known Culinary Schools.
